Los Presos Políticos Mapuche han continuado en su huelga de hambre por ya 52 días, pese a la censura de las grandes cadenas de noticias nacionales las cuales por más de un mes no transmitieron ningúna noticia sobre el asunto, y que finalmente se vieron obligadas a hacerlo a causa de una serie de demandas en su contra...aún así la manifestación a nivel nacional del día de hoy casi no fue cubierta. fingercuts posted a photo: . rayban ad 2 Mr Andy Bird posted a photo: This was the first place I visited after checking into my hotel In Detroit - It was right round the corner from my hotel on Washington Boulevard which was handy as I needed a good feed after my 7-hour trip from Amsterdam to the motor city. It turned out to be one hell of a night. I was sat right in front of this awesome stained-glass piece which depicted some of Detroit's music Icons including some of my favourites 'Kiss', Alice Cooper and Kid Rock. I felt right at home and if that wasn't enough my glamourous waitress Kirsten gave me the good news that all beers were four dollars each, including pints, which meant that a pint of Budweiser was equivalent to 2 pounds because of the exchange rate at the time. It would have been rude to refuse this opportunity so I ordered the first of 13 pints of Budweiser. The food was awesome, especially the 'Joe Perry Rock Your World Chicken quesadillas'. Kirsten the waitress was even kind enough to grab me a few bottles of Aerosmith hot sauce from the kitchen to take back home to the troops - cool or what? It was only after I started doing shots with the jolly businessmen who were celebrating a succesful end to their financial year that things started to get messy infact my last recollection of the Hard Rock cafe before disappearing into the dark streets of downtown Detroit all on my own was trying to buy a glass of water from the barman for $20. I returned on the Sunday for my pre-Wrestlemania 23 lunch and just wanted to keep a low profile incase my behaviour had aggravated the staff, however I was greeted by a young waiter who I had never seen before but mysteriously knew my name. Apparently we had been having a good old chat about Rob Zombie on the Friday night. He sat me down and even more bizarre was that ALL the staff, including the ones that never even served me, knew my name as well. The young waiter took my order and disappeared just before the manager came and personally introduced himself and thanked me for being such excellent fun on the Friday night!
